whether you have a rough sketch already, or call us to describe your vision, our talented artist will use that to draw up an extremely detailed sketch of the product for you to visualize and make any neccisarry adjustments to, after any changes are made, a final proof will be sent to you and we will start hand carving your masterpiece
After the proof sketch meets your satifaction, our expert carvers will first select the piece of raw material that they feel will best suit your carving needs, fortunately we have unparalled acces to the finest cuts of kiaat in southern Africa to pick what best suits your needs. after the wood is selected, our carvers will start hand carving your soon to be one of a kind masterpiece! during this stage we will send progress photos so you can see the beauty in your project as it unfolds.
Once your carving is completed, you will recieve a completed photo and confirmation that you now finished one of a kind masterpiece is en route to you

A beautiful custom bar we manufactured with a fully carved bar top, carved trim, wine holder and matching bar stools with each barstool carved with an animal from Africas Big 5. Bars like this can be made with custom barstools made using your own trophy hides to truly make it unique and personal to you.
An incredible barn door project a client asked of us, two 12x12 ft barn doors for an incredibly luxerious private wildlife museum in Concord CA. This magnificent piece was made so the 3 panels of the doo s would seamslessly fit together. click the slideshow to see the scetch to finished product.
Above is an incredibly unique pub table with matching set of carved barstools, this table featured 3d carvings of Africa's Big 5 on the table top, kudu horn legs on the table and barstools, and gemsbok horn spacers. a truly unique piece.
A beautiful more traditional styled swinging front door, this was an amazing piece and like all our doors we build a custom jam to your rough opening size for ease of installation.
While memories from an African safarie are more previlent in our artwork, many clients wished to have scenes from North and South American hunts featured on there custom works, our artist have the expertist to make any idea a masterpiece.

About Kiaat
Kiaat has been utilized for centuries in a variety of applications and is much valued in its native Africa. It is renowned for its strength and durability. It has extremely low shrinkage rates, and is considered to be a very dimensionally-stable wood. The wood is often used for woodcarving, implements and building canoes. The wood produces a rich, resonant sound and is used to make different musical instruments. This heartwood is resistant to borer and termites and polishes well. In indigenous cultures, it is believed to have magical properties for the curing of problems regarding blood. It is truly an amazing piece of Africa to include in your home or lodge.
Over the last 33 years I have met and dealt with so many people whose commitment to wildlife, and it's conservation, is staggering. And nature with her beauty stay at the forefront of what they hold dear.
